Job Description

RN-Case Manager-Hospice - Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days: 8:30am-5pm (Schedule can be flexible based on patient's availability.) Weekends: One weekend per month.

Territory Details:
Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Hayward, Union City, Fremont and neighboring cities as needed.

Pay package for 40 hours

Gross Pay: $3030 per week

Breakdown

On W2 (Taxable): $25 per Hour ($1000 per Week)

Stipends (Non-Taxable): $3030 per Week (meals and lodgings)
