Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)

Guarantee: 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $1626/week
Requirements:
- Outpatient Experience is preferred.
- Will accept New Grads? NO
- Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes
- 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day.
- COVID Vaccination.
- BLS Certification
