Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and monitor patient's condition and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educate patients and their families on proper care and management of their medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current registered nurse license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
