Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely and accurate care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease management
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in MedSurg or Telemetry setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
