Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing medical or surgical procedures. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Implementing and evaluating patient care plans
- Educating patients and their families on healthcare needs and prevention strategies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Adhering to all clinical protocols and standards of practice
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
