Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intermediate Care team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals in need of intermediate medical attention. This position requires a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members
4. Implementing patient care plans and interventions
5. Educating patients and families on healthcare management
6. Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes
7. Maintaining a safe and clean patient care environment
8. Responding to emergencies and providing immediate medical care
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of practice
2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or intermediate care setting
4. BLS and ACLS certification
5. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
