Job Title: CNA LTC (Certified Nursing Assistant - Long Term Care)
Job Summary:
As a CNA LTC, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a long-term care setting. You will assist residents with day-to-day activities, monitor their health status, and provide emotional support. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow care plans as directed by the nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare team members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of long-term care regulations and procedures
