Job Title: Long Term Care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality care to residents in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily activities, monitor their health and well-being, and provide emotional support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Respond to residents' needs in a timely and compassionate manner
- Help residents maintain their independence and dignity
- Keep accurate records of residents' care and progress
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Basic computer skills
