Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will assist patients with daily tasks, provide personal care, and support the nursing staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patients' health status to the nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Help patients with mobility and transportation needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow care plans and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Valid CNA certification
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients
