Qualifications and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
3. Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
6. Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to care.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
