Shift: DAYS (7a-7p)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
Pay: $70-72/hr
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) team. The RN will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This position requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patient condition and vital signs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Providing patient education and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Following hospital procedures and protocols for patient care
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Med/Surg nursing
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
