Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg - MS - HWL team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting, utilizing their skills and knowledge to promote wellness and recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assessing and monitoring patients' health conditions
2. Administering medications and treatments
3. Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
4. Educating patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment options
5. Providing emotional support and counseling to patients
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
7. Participating in quality improvement initiatives
8. Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg - MS - HWL experience
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
