Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with patients to improve their physical movement and manage pain through various exercises and therapies. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and other physical impairments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and preventive exercises
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Compassion and empathy for patients
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapy exercises
