Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
SHIFTS: Night, Rotating weekends and holidays

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The RRT will be responsible for providing respiratory care services to patients in a healthcare setting. This includes assessing, treating, and monitoring patients with breathing disorders and other cardiopulmonary conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patients' respiratory conditions and developing treatment plans
- Administering medications and therapies to patients as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and evaluating patients' responses to treatments
- Educating patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and preventative measures
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintaining accurate and updated patient records
- Participating in on-call rotation and responding to emergency situations as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
- Active BLS,ACLS,NRP,RRT,CRT License Required
- Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
