Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Emergency Room and Medical Surgical settings, with a strong focus on providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve assessing and caring for patients in both the ER and Med Surg units, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, and advocating for patients' needs.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess patients' medical conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor patients' vital signs and provide ongoing assessment of their condition.
4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plans.
6. Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed.
7. Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of practice.
2. BLS , ACLS , PALS, TNCC certification.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in ER and Med Surg settings.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
8. Proficiency in electronic medical records.
