Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our patients. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to ensure the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, and dressing
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice and BLS Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or acute care settings is preferred
