Job Title: Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Shift: Night Shift (7pm-7am)
Location: Grove, IA
Duration: 13 week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med/Surg RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Med/Surg RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to create individualized care plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing, monitoring, and managing patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans
- Educating patients and families on treatments and post-discharge care
- Documenting patient information and care provided
- Responding to medical emergencies and providing urgent care as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
