SHIFTS: 6:45am-3:15pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and home care procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and guidelines for nursing practice
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
