Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician and ensure the overall well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any abnormal findings to the healthcare team
- Assist physicians and registered nurses in performing medical procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
