Job: Certified Surgical Tech (CST)
Job Location: Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
Contract: 13 week
Shift: Days (Working 4-10's/week; with rotating call schedule)
Pay Rate: $2000 - $2400 per week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

• Prepared sterile operating rooms and sterilized equipment and instruments.
• Stocked and tracked surgical supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.
• Prepared patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
• Assisted during surgeries by passing instruments and supplies.
• Stayed current on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
• Collaborated effectively with surgeons, surgical assistants, nurses, and the general surgical team to provide excellent patient care.

Requirements:

• Colorado Surgical Tech License - CST (DORA)
• BLS - CPR certificate.
• Covid Vaccine/booster card.
• Have a Certification in Surgical Technology from the National Board Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Association of Surgical Technologist (AST) or NCCT.
• Must have experience with Ortho, total joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics.
• Minimum 3 years of prior experienced required.
