Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct patient care and support to residents in a healthcare setting. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Help patients with mobility and exercises as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Report any changes in patient condition to supervising healthcare staff
- Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have a current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
Guarantee: 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $1300-$1400/week
