Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in New Hampshire. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
• Provide wound care and assist with medical procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Active CNA/LNA certification in the state of Vermont
• Current BLS - CPR certification preferred
• Covid vaccine card
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Shift: hifts: Day shift, afternoon shift, Evening shift and Night shift available. 

Pay Package (negotiable)

• Weekly gross - $1455 - $1600
  
• Hourly pay - $40 - $45
