Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the nursing staff, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices, outcomes, and processes to maintain standards and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement professional development plans for nursing staff, encouraging ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations impacting nursing practices and ensure the facility's compliance with all applicable laws.
Shift: Day shift
Pay Range: $59.75 to $85.19
Compensation:
- Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00
- Housing Stipend: We provide three months of paid housing or $1,200.00 / month housing stipend for the first three months of employment.
Education/Certifications and License (s):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or related field. Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of California
Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
