Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical unit at [Name of the Healthcare Facility or Organization] located in Wenatchee, WA 98801. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals admitted to the Medical Surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients' condition and response to treatment, and report any significant changes to the attending physician.
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety and compliance with standards of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities.

Shift Timing:

• Evening/night shift - 12hrs.

Pay Package:

Traveler:

• Weekly gross: $2300 - $2500
• Hourly pay: $64 - $69
• on W2: $31 - $37
• Stipend: $1162

Traveler:

• Weekly gross: $2160 - $2400
• Hourly pay:  $60 - $67

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 of experience working as an RN in a medical surgical setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
