Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Dublin, GA 31021

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in Dublin, GA? We are seeking a skilled PT to join our dynamic team and provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients in need.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• SNF Experience preferred
  
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift: Day shift (Mon - Fri)

Pay Package:

• Weekly gross: $1700
• Hourly pay: $53
• Stipend: $1162
