We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Kapaau, HI. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely under the direction of healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient vital signs and health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising RN or physician.
• Assist in conducting patient assessments, documenting findings, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.
• Provide basic nursing care and support to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living and patient education.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Hawaii.
  
• Current BLS - CPR certification.
• Covid Vaccine Proof.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shift: Days/Nights/weekends/Holidays

Pay Package (negotiable):

• Weekly gross: $1600 - $2000
• Hourly pay: $45 - $50
