Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care (LTC) / Geriatric

Location: Boulder City, Nevada

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in Long Term Care (LTC) and Geriatrics to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This role requires excellent clinical skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team and physicians.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by addressing their physical and emotional needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care provided.
• Support residents and their families by providing education and emotional support.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Nevada.
• BLS - CPR certification.
• Covid vaccine proof.
• Experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Shift: Nights, Mid-Shift and Day (Rotating)

Pay Package (negotiable):

• Weekly gross: $1600 - $1800
• Stipend: $1316
