Title: CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST

Location: Nashua, NH

Job Description:

Currently seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our operating rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by ensuring sterility and availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Anticipate surgical team's needs and provide proactive support throughout procedures.
• Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, including instrument counts and patient records.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Surgical Technology.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) license required.
• New Hampshire state license required.
• BLS certificate.
• Covid Vaccine proof.
• Clinical experience in acute care setting as a Surgical technologist preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Shift:

• Day Shift
• 06:45 AM to 03:15 PM

Pay Package (Negotiable):

• Weekly gross: $1600 - $2000
• Hourly pay: $40 - $50
• Stipend: $1316
