Job: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Home Health

Job Location: Ohio

Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)

Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Guarantee: 40 hours a week

Pay Rate: $1500 - $1800 per week (negotiable)

Duties:

Unit Size: 28-bed unit dedicated to post-operative surgical patients.
Telemetry Monitoring: Nurses are trained to read telemetry strips and manage cardiac drips such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Lasix, and Insulin.
Technology: State-of-the-art bedside monitors in every patient room to facilitate patient care.
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4 on day shift and 1:4/5 on night shift.
