Job: LPN/lVN - Clinic
Job Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)
Shift: 05:45 AM - 01:45 PM (8 Hour Days)
Guarantee: 40 hours a week
Pay Rate: $1500/week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

• Following Rules: Knowing and following laws for handling addictive medications.
• Keeping Records: Accurately documenting who gets the medication and when.
• Storing Safely: Keeping these drugs in secure, locked places.
• Checking Prescriptions: Ensuring prescriptions are correct and legitimate.
• Giving Correct Doses: Administering the right amount of medication safely.
• Monitoring Usage: Keeping track of medication use to prevent misuse.

Requirements:

• LPN - SD license.
• BLS - CPR certificate.
• Covid Vaccine/booster card.
• 1+ Years of Medication Administration Experience - Required
• Medication Dispensing of Controlled Substance Experience - Required
• Skills Checklist - Required
• Two Supervisory References - Required
