Pay Rate: $1120/week Traveler

Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Provide basic medical care under the direction of nursing staff
• Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care and wound dressing changes
• Support patients with dementia care, memory care, and home care needs
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
• Document patient interactions in medical records using
• Clinical Works or similar software
• Handle durable medical equipment (DME) as needed
