Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care (LTC) Location: Kingsport, TN Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay rate: 30/hr
Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor residents' vital signs and overall health status. Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical personnel promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of nursing assessments, care plans, and interventions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
