Job Title: Clinic RN/LPN
Location: Pella, IA 50219
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday Days
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and manage staffing assignments for LPNs at various healthcare facilities in Iowa
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to staffing and patient care
- Provide support and guidance to LPNs in the field, including training and orientation
- Collaborate with healthcare facilities to ensure patient care is of the highest quality
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing assignments
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new LPN staff members
