Job Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department Location: Burlington, MA Shift: Night and day rotations available Duration: 13 weeks

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Department (ED)

License: Active Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; TNCC certification required

Vaccination Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination plus booster required at time of submission

As an RN in the Emergency Department, you will:

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs effectively and efficiently.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision and care.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• TNCC certification
• COVID-19 vaccination plus booster
