Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their physical well-being and mobility through targeted exercises and treatments. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical limitations and abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other techniques to help patients improve mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics and techniques to prevent future injuries
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in continuing education courses to stay current on the latest advancements in physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
