Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in healthcare facilities. CNAs play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients under the supervision of registered nurses and medical staff.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Helping patients with mobility and positioning
- Assisting with medical procedures and treatments
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
- Documenting patient information and reporting to the nursing staff
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Current certification as a CNA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
