Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medications and assist with treatments prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the supervising nurse or physician
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues and self-care techniques
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
