Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and assist with treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
2. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the RN or physician
3. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
4. Provide patient education and support for self-care management
5. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care
6. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
7. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid LPN license in the state of practice
2. Current CPR certification
3. Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail
4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
6. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
7. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
