Job title: Social Worker
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team in providing support and advocacy to individuals and families in need. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others navigate challenging situations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify the needs of clients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and emotional support to clients experiencing crises or difficult life events

- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, healthcare providers, and government agencies, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services, including assisting with legal matters when necessary
- Keep detailed records of client assessments, interventions, and progress towards goals
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- State licensure or certification as a Social Worker, if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with community resources and social service programs
