Job Title: Surgical Tech
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Tech to join our team. The Surgical Tech will assist surgeons and other medical professionals in the operating room by preparing and maintaining surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Prepare operating room for surgical procedures.
- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and other supplies.
- Monitor patient vital signs during surgery.
- Clean and restock operating room after procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Completion of accredited Surgical Tech program.
- Certification as a Surgical Tech.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and equipment.
