Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Long-Term Care (LTC)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a Long-Term Care facility. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, managing medication administration, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitoring resident health status and reacting to changes in condition
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Documenting all aspects of resident care and progress in medical records
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of [X] years of nursing experience in a Long-Term Care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
