Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or physician. The LPN will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
2. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
3. Assist with patient assessments and care planning

6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work well in a fast-paced healthcare environment
4. Basic computer skills for patient charting and documentation
5. CPR and other relevant certifications
6. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
