Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting with medical treatments and procedures under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide patient care under the direction of healthcare providers
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with medical procedures and assessments
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care and treatment in medical records
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a licensed practical nurse in the state of practice
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
