Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities under the supervision of a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Monitoring patients and reporting any changes in their condition to the nursing staff
- Turning and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores
- Assisting patients with walking and exercises
- Keeping patient rooms clean and organized
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant
- CPR certification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
