Shift Information : All Shifts available 0630 - 1900 Days 1830 - 0700 Nights 6 - 7 shifts per pay period with floating to PACU, ER and Med/Surg

MUST provide copies of current immunizations, negative Tb skin test proof of last two years (1 within 30 days prior to start), provide documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations, Tdap, and Flu shot. Clean background check, all PRIOR to arrival. Tuba City Regional Healthcare does not require your RN to have an AZ state license. Your nurse must have a valid RN license from their state of residence. Must present a copy of license. *****BLS, ACLS - PALS is required! Please do not submit candidates without current certs.
