The RN providing care to the patient population(s) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care for MedSurg, Skilled Nursing and Extended care.
Taking call is required and there is potential that we will need overtime as well.
Shared nearby housing that can be up to about 30 miles from the facility is available for a reduction in rate to $81 inclusive. The housing is completely furnished and has bedding, linens, etc. Only personal items are necessary, a tv if they want to bring one for their bedroom. There is absolutely NO SMOKING in our housing, and pets are not allowed either. Occasional guests are allowed so long as it is communicated with Human Resources.
SHIFT: - Variable NIGHTS/DAYS 12 hour shifts in Kremmling and/or Granby
