Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries through physical exercises and rehabilitation therapies. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress to facilitate optimal recovery and mobility.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and medical histories
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and practices
