Job Title: LPN / LVN (Nursing)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings, under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
2. Monitor and record patients' vital signs and symptoms.
3. Assist with patient assessments and care plans.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues and self-care techniques.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
7. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
8. Assist with medical procedures as needed.
9. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
10. Participate in continuing education and training programs.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
2. CPR certification.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Compassion and empathy for patients.
7. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
9. Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Evenings
Shift: 2:30p-10:30p
Every other weekend is required
Must float to all units (same building)
37.5 guaranteed hours
