Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the highest standards of nursing practice.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Implementing care plans and protocols
- Performing various diagnostic tests and procedures
- Educating patients and their families on healthcare matters
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Ensuring patient safety and comfort
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
