Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them improve their mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. You will develop individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help patients reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to help patients improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques they can do at home to support their recovery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current on advances in physical therapy techniques and treatments
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and empathy for patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
